Yes I have the private key , but 0 coin in the account

Make sure you're looking at the correct account. When you import the private-key it will create another account (the one you just imported) so you need to switch to that account to see your XEM.
Does the client show the correct address (the one you registered) in the upper left corner ?

I know how is work, dev team put me on a sockpuppet case , and I haven't get my coin yet

exactly the same happened to me that's putting us on a sockpuppet case messed up the keys after

As other people have mentioned, you are not a sock puppet. All your stakes were clearly delivered.

Please can you read properly what I said, having been in the sock puppet list might have had an effect when trying to get the NEM in the wallet creating totally different address so we could not get the NEM while in the Sock puppet list, I think this is what happened
