Please suggest something more specific e.g. 'I can translate those documents (e.g. docs or something) into such language. Is anyone interested and would like to provide bounty for it'? Or even 'I can translate [..] if community gathers X amount of Noblecoin'.

This can be two way street - on one side people looking for things to be done, on another people offering their skills and asking if there is demand.
