OP has wasted a 2013 account 
Even if the account is created in 2009, if its first post is talking about lending without collateral (if it is with collateral then it is another situation), then no one will trust you.
BTW the user's password have changed recently, so it is a possible hacked/bought account. So the person may not be the original owner of that account from 2013.
