I also have a level 10 account which is more-than-halfway to level 11. The faucet amount of that account is 2500 satoshi.
My account's total faucet claim amount is less than 5000 satoshis, and total deposit amount is more than 250000 satoshis. Additionally, it is registered in March, a month within when Dadice is launched. I'm the holder of that account from the beginning, and I even remembered some old bet IDs from March. I'm sure that my account is 'cleaner' than his.
