She probably sent them a picture and they believed it without much investigation (if what she says is even true). Personally I don't care what gender anyone is but I would never trust people on here without very good reason to regardless of which sex they appear or claim to be to be (though it is also true some sad bastard men try to scam money out of people by pretending to be women).
