As I read it, it sounds like HC is already on the way, either as an invitee (ie. $0) or as a Super Early Bird (USD$499 or other discounted amount) thanks to his speaking there. Travel and lodging is what our help will go toward, so every bit will help but it sounds like he's going anyway. A good thing!
