now im getting "unknown" pay status. Please tell me this site hasnt gone off the deep end. I will be very disappointed 
I made a few SD bets about 12 hours ago. All of them were returned (win or lose) within a minute.
The site regularly has problems with bets "freezing" and it often takes several days until they get fixed, but they always seem to get fixed eventually. Here's an example from the last time it happened, a week or so ago:
