Im not a dev but I answered you yesterday.
Your clock may be off by a few seconds from the internet time and because of that you're failing to get the blocks.
You need to resync your computer time to the internet time.
I did re-sync with time.windows.com several times but still can't find any blocks, well I can but with status conflicted. I tried reinstalling the wallet but it's the same. Anything else I can try Bob?
set all your energy setings and screensaver off
Circuit-qt.exe set to 'high performance' and screensaver off, still the same.
