$20 seems a bit too expensive for this product, especially if people are offering many more minutes at a much cheaper price per 1k minutes. Yours is a dollar per two thousand minutes, while others offer one dollar per ten thousand minutes. If you're willing to negotiate the price, PM me and perhaps we can work something out!
