For prior work & work up to this point it should be 208 million (200 million paid out to devs plus 8 million mined) but the devs have agreed to take little to no payment up to this point so its at roughly 12 million in circulation (8 million mined, plus what has been paid out for bounties, outside dev resources, payment in spec for misc services).
