If the developer never appears I propose to create a new coin. We can discuss the name, logo and anything, with the same number of coins than GLOBE. Then we can interchange the old GLOBEs for this new coin to all those tha prove to own GLOBEs. The remaining quantity will be free to hire o to get involved a new developer.

It's a nice thought, but very hard to implement..

or you can sell your GLOBEs now and buy another coin on the market - easy.

What's your advice for buying another coin at this price range? i want to buy LDOGE, is that good choice?

You mean around 10-20sat? My recommendation is to stick with trading a couple of the top 50-100 currencies (market cap) that has been around for at least 6 months to a year and have a development team (more than one person). It's more difficult to manipulate the larger currencies even if it's possible of course.
