You know that even send as GIFT is not safe and can be chargedback?! Why you not use virwox.com
Maybe he don't want to be charged with ridiculous fees by Virwox?
That's why he said "Only trusted members please, no scammers.".Trusted members won't ruin their reputation for silly $50.
You both misunderstood. He wants to sell his btc for paypal. He does not want to buy btc with paypal funds.
Given that his fee is 15%, he's actually more expensive than Virwox. Therefore, there's basically no reason to deal with him, unless you can't wait a few days for Virwox to allow you to buy again.
Bring it down to 8% and maybe we can talk.
