If you mean daily bitcoins then yes it seems it is more work now to get more than the base amount. CoinAd you have refresh sometimes like 50x to get second highest price. But others you have just click on favourites/copy paste your bit address and enter captcha sometimes, not much work involved 

But for novices - be aware of payments less than 0.0001 BTC, because recommended fee is 0.0005 BTC per every 1000 bytes of data in tx and when you send your bitcoins somewhere then one input of the tx is about 180 bytes, so for every ~5 received payments the recommended fee is 0.0005 when you finally send the received fractions of bitmills somewhere.
