It's not easy to unlock these cards. People will tell you that you need to fly to Poland and visit a physical branch.

I successfully unlocked an mBank card by email when they started a massive lock.

After that I had several BZWBK cards locked and they remain locked to this date despite several phone calls and emails back and forth.

They gave me no reason whatsoever as to why they locked the cards. I never withdraw btc to the cards so that wasn't the reason for sure.
