I just don't understand some people?? why the heck are you depositing money into a site that have a lot of issues atm ? its just plain stupidity . don't deposit shit as for now the 15$ balance I deposited a week ago is still not showed up .
I think the issue is started before you deposited your own money, so why did you still make a deposit?
As what ndnhc said, you need to email/pm them with complete details of your transactions. Have you sent it? I see most of the issues has been resolved already, so I believe if you send them the details of your problem and wait till they fix it asap.
