Japan has a 98%+ success rate in convictions (have to question whether you can call it justice!) And a failing business is one of the worst things you can do over there. But alas, Japans prisons are pretty sound like most western societies pensions so it won't be too harsh for Mr fat pants. I still believe someone had got to him and he was under duress from someone/agency. Marks a little child, and easy to get to, that much is obvious.
Too many bad people own 90%+ of btc now and mt Gox was the catalyst for this transition, I'd bet £1m on it!
