Umm how is someone supposed to get up to this level of BTC if there are only 10 ads to do so total so far is 0.00003600 BTC I would need at the very least to complete 277 ads total ( 10 down) so basically you can't actually cash out for another Month or so. There aren't anymore ads.
I didn't receive the 30 second or 60 second option either. Does it have something to do with what country you're in?

There are no 30 and 60 seconds advertisements currently - It's just because no advertiser has booked this kind of ad.
You actually only have to be active for 3 days to cashout at the moment. (Via Paytoshi you only need 10,000 Satoshi)
So this shouldn't be a problem, and by referring other people you can earn even more
But as we are growing, there will be more ads to click and more BTC to earn. Just stay active
