He should be a junior member tomorrow. Don't know if it's around midday or whenever users make a post tomorrow that activity updates. But I don't think op meant those above junior member were automatically trusted. The higher your account level the better. The more you have to lose if you scam. But junior member accounts aren't worth much and his trades so far haven't been for a lot of money. Add to that a trade with paypal which is always a risk.
