Definitely not because They are pretty much just providing a bad support service and that is all. This is a quite big site and there will be always people that wager there , so what they done is pretty much just leave the site and hope people will lose there without caring on their players . They do check on issues but not regularly ( after complaints )

totally shows that the site still has some activities although the wagered amount seems to be lower, could be that they are either having a bad week or that some people are leaving because of their horrible support service and some not creditted deposit issue

Bad support is kinda abandoning ship.. if they really would want to keep it up and make some good profits their support should be alot faster..Their way of business atm is only losing current and potential players.
Not literally right. Some top sites have a bad support as well but that doesnt mean that they are abandoning the ship ( you must be aware of which one Im talking about ).
Having a bad support only means that you dont know how to run the site properly which might resulted in the loss of a few player but then for a site that has such big "reputation" and is on top of the google search for the SEO then you can expect there will be always playing coming in and out to play despite of all this lousy support
give it a month or something
