Is it regulated in the same way traditional online casinos and gambling centers are regulated, which accept fiat for payment? Or do the rules not apply..

There are no specific laws about gambling with bitcoin. The common sense approach is to assume if it is illegal with fiat its illegal with bitcoin and if its legal with fiat its legal with bitcoin.Question about BTC gambling
