Hi. Anybody else having problems logging in to PD?

I am trying to log in and it tells me that there were too many logins. (probably someone tried to bruteforce or something). I tried changing my IP but no luck. Is there a way to go past this? I find it stupid that this way, one can block whatever users they seem fit. 

If I try to reset my password it tells me: "This VIP account requires further security measures to recover, please contact support". I wasn't aware that I'm a "VIP" account. Any idea of what does that mean?

Also - how quick is their support on average?
