The problem seems to have ssorted itself or they did something as I am now able to login. There doesn't seem to be any "VIP" attached to my account but I am not bothered about that.

Now there is a bigger problem. I went to withdraw 1 btc of winnings about 7 hours ago and so far there are 0 confirmations and it appears as "unspent" in blockchain. From what I've read that means the bitcoin doesn't exist yet so not sure how they're going to sort it out but submitted another ticket as I'd like my 1 btc..  Stunna what do you guys have against me? I've done nothing wrong but play the game!
