True in general, but in the event of HH, your 24H wagered does not affect your lotto size, though you will still need to bet 0.01 btc in past 24H to claim it.

Well no sir its not edited its real xD .. however it happens on Happy hour ` only one hour of happiness in which the admins increase the lotto prizes . On hh you dont need to wager 10 btc or 100 or 1 . you just need to wager 0.01 and you can win 1 btc <3 .
