Yes I buy BTC at the rate of $300.00 for 1.0BTC there is a Limit of 160 BTC per person Per Day.  I can pay with PayPal, Bank wire, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash payment (Local only) and USPS money orders.

Now I sell BTC at the rate of $290.00.  Payments are PayPal, Bank wire, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash payment (Local only) and USPS money orders.
