Yes you are right. I am from Nepal but i have some bitcoin but that is only near 1btc. The main problem is the income here and also how internet are being used here to surf Facebook and YouTube only. We don't have any bit coin exchange service here.Also all those small countries that no one remembers, like Nepal or Mongolia.

i really want to open BTC exchange but i dont know how to do that
