Jes, you understood it. I think I once read that google works on it. But idk what's the status of their project.
I've attempted to learn esperanto a few times, but I get offended by the grammar (perceived incongruences like
la cato). But for sure it would be easier to find someone to speak with if I spoke esperanto.
