if you read up little more, i believe wizkid all ready explained that you could with a warning.
I asked the question because Eligius was a list of wallets (bitcoin core, armory, coinbase, electrum) and not a word about Multibit
At the moment I'm using bitcoin core, but due to frequent power outages in my area, there are failures when using heavy wallet. So I turn on a light wallet.
