You have to write a lot of posts and stay online, i mean surf.PS: I dont mean shit, off posts. Try to be constructive and write some quality posts.
1. you don't need to post a lot to become a Jr. member. 1 post a day after the account is created will suffice. if you have a potential activity of 42 then you can just make 27 post in a few days.
2. you don't need to stay online.
I believe he was speaking about promoting to Jr. Member rank. the date of which that post was made (22 july, previous activity period) plus his current activity (42 which means his activity was 28 at the time he made that post) plus hilariousandco's reply indicate this.
