Like i know u can only purchase 1 th/s by credit card because of the card issues. So u can try to do today 1 th/s and tommorow 0.5 th/s.

If you are ordering 1.5TH with a 1 year contract which costs 435 USD, it should work. I guess your card is not being accepted for whatever reason. You might need to give your bank a call or it might be that the company GM uses for credit card processing is blocking it as i know that some card companies can block payments depending on location etc.
