in case iam not right..nobody would ever exchange 1200$ you could easily chargeback the money after you received coins!
virwox is good for little amounts.they have strictly limits per day/month!
you cant exchange so much there at once!
and the fees are a pain in ass over there^^
It's not a hacked PP, but yeah as you say I could easily be an imposter.
That's the only thing I dislike about always have to be so cautious about these things.
I actually learned about the chargeback on PP on this site, didn't know it could be done before, honestly.
