This dump is probably all the few GPU miners that were smart enough to hijack the code, that's all miners do; mine and dump that shit at whatever Bid price. 
Its not just GPU miners everyone who uses nicehash to mine this puts downward pressure on the price since they only pay out in bitcoin.
If 5 Block reward is causing pressure imagine when it goes back to 50
