What is the best CPM advertising network? I mean highest paying and highest CTR. I use CPC on my faucet and it's not paying very well at all.

AdSence gave me about $1.3-1.8, but I'm waiting.
They promised to increase conversion rate and cpc soon by adding new targeting options.I wish bitmedia would accept adult sites already, apparently they are working on it
