Once you've downloaded your copy simply unzip the file, go to your downloads and open the Orbitcoin file folder, in there you'll see Orbitcoin-qt double click on it.
Now your Orbitcoin retirement wallet will be open, it will say out of sync don't worry it will take around five hours to sync to the blockchain your fist time, after that it should be instant if you open your wallet regularly.
