I think you can better send both iloveyu and wakkaa622 PM about this (as iloveyu was a newer account of Wakka). However, I see that Wakka622 has been online recently too.
I'm also wondering whether these deals still apply. I hope so, I still have to buy GTA V on Steam. I guess I will do this in a couple of weeks.
