1) This is not an auction. Only auctions have BINs. If you want this to be an auction then move it to there.
2) If I wanted to pay 0.02
BTC then I could get a normal Member account with activity nearer to 120 than 60. Why would anyone buy your account if they have to post for 2 weeks and then it becoming a fresh Member?
You have to deduct the cost of waiting 2 weeks.
