Is it customers problem if the shipment is lost during the delivery?
The website gave me the impression they will replace it, unless they think you are trying to scam them (didn't put it in those words).

We obviously can't do anything if it the parcel isn't tracked, but if it is tracked we'll re-ship if it proves to be lost.
It was not tracked. Do you have any receipts or other proof that the parcel was send?
