i'd imagine those are from people who bought in at 4, and are taking some of their profit. but im no expert. I see only red flag
if you see a red flag for a currency solely based on someone selling, you are free to talk away...

I'd say that if there are some multipools mining DOGED, they cash out daily. And also those who desire quick bucks might be tempted to sell, if they are willing to buy some pump & dump coins most likely at the wrong time
