i have also been in contact with btc38.com (比特时代-数字货币领航者-比特币)

i have had previous success in getting coins added, it all look promising.
For those of you who dont know, btc38.com is one of China's largest exchanges, it is gigantic even in comparison to our poloniex and bittrex combined.
