Meetups are the best way . Need to do meetups every month . Even small city workshops in a café is good idea. In London there is a Bitcoin workshop in a café every Tuesday.

I think Hubli is not a small town. I think it is second biggest town in Karnataka, correct?

And it is one of the richest town as well

If you can have meet ups in Cuddapah, you can have them in Hubli as well. Grin
