No one is hung out to dry. they are just trying to delay delay delay. This stunt bought a few extra weeks. that comment is not the comment someone truly hung out to dry would do. If he plead the 5th they would move on from him and go on to someone/something else (and get someone to try and figure out what he might say that could send him to jail).
It's kind of funny and it's nice to see something being done, but I still think we are far far away from money going back to "investors" (if that ever happens).
