HashNest does not require proof of residency or anything else as far as I know. I've been using them for several months now and I haven't submitted anything more than an email address.

FWIW the PacMics are a joke. You're better off flipping hashes. I had a V1 Pacmic and by the time it was paid back I ended up with 2.06 BTC on a 2 BTC investment. Returns on mining/trading are much better.
