remove Slush's and any other pools that have ceased to provide Bitcoin pooled mining.
I don't think they have ceased anything - rather they're offering a choice between version 3 and version 0x20000007 signing (the back-end details of which haven't been mentioned).
I realised this after I posted, and emailed slush requesting details of what his pool is actually doing.
