eBay has recently been trying to prevent scammers from buying/acquiring dormant accounts and screwing their users over, so if you buy an account that’s a year old and it has had 0 sales in the last 12 months and suddenly you want to start selling, expect the account to be throttled with selling limits and restrictions on which categories you can sell in. Keep that in mind.
