Scripting it is pretty easy.  I think payb.tc posted a basic PHP script for making martingale bets on SatoshiDice in the main SatoshiDice thread.   I'll dig up a link to it later if you like.  It would be pretty trivial to adapt it to play your strategy.

Edit: what I didn't say, but meant to imply, was: "scripting it is easy, but pointless, since every strategy is a losing strategy.  The only point of playing SD is if you have fun playing it, and having a script play it for you pretty much removes any fun, I'd have thought".
