if I'm not mistaken, paypal accounts get limited if there are suspicions that someone might be using that account or the credit/debit card that is linked to that account without the owner's permission.
also, you can't send or withdraw any funds from a limited paypal account.
why not just email their support and get them to remove the limitation?

but the main problem is,i have sold bitcoins with my pp Account.
And any *asshole* paid with a stolen pp Account,and now paypal is making a scene.
thinking i'm a moneylaunder or something,just because i sold bitcoins xD.
i'm done with that crappy Support.
