We don't really know what "they" have or haven't done, do we? We only learned about Carlos because he managed to get sued for refusing to talk.

Confirming what I said Suchmoon: The regulator likely subpoenaed Carlos Garza because the whereabouts of his brother, Josh, are unknown.

I've been told by two different sources - whom I don't have a reason to not trust - that Homero is not hiding anywhere and is talking to the authorities.

Also I'm not quite sure that Homero actually owned a home in MA - wasn't that the rental house that he trashed? In other words, I doubt that article.
