I run faucets of an other kind and my bitcoin are growing...little by little.
This is also one of the good way to increase your coins and also you can start lending your coins for some small % of interest with proper collateral. This also will grow your coins decently.
I doubt that being a faucet owner nowadays are profitable. Today many people don't preferred faucets unlike the old days so the effect is less traffic. The popular faucets today that build it's big names now are the only makimg some big profit now due to popularity long time ago. If you will make a thread asking for a faucet owner if he can still make a profit in his faucet Im pretty sure that majority of it will say no. Good thing there are still many faucet owner and claimers because Faucets must not die. Faucets play a big role in bitcoin world.
