Based on my experiences , it doesn't. I always end up losing especially when autobetting 
Mostly I lose too while using autbetting on dice ! well yes martingale for me on luckybit works i won 1.4 last month using that lol .
I think I'm gonna try luckybit and do martingale there. I hope it will work on me too
