The pre-release test version of the new windows wallet is on github now, if anyone wants to be a guinea pig.

If you use this version please back up your wallet.dat BEFORE running the new wallet in case something goes wrong.

Edit: I already see a problem I missed. I saved some of the icons in wrong resolution so they may look blurred. Fixing this now.
