With --lookup-gap 11 -R 1280 it even doesn't start. What speed and u you get with this setings?

Yes, MSI R7 240 4GB; win7, 8GB RAM, 12GB swap + 8GB swap on USB. So, speed is the same; I was worried I don't get enough. Will keep mining and see how things go.
